What insurance is accepted?

Aetna, Premera, Regence, First Choice Health, BCBS, Carebridge EAP, Wellspring EAP, & US Family Health Plan (USFHP). A counseling subscription and sliding fee scale are also options.

How do I make an appointment?

Click on Schedule a Session. This will route you to Client Secure, a HIPAA compliant site where you can request an appointment, make payments, and store your insurance information.

Is there a fee for missing my appointment? 

No. Please give me 24 hours notice in the event of a non-emergency cancellation.

How does video chat work?

Video chat will be conducted through the Client Secure Simple Practice site. It can be accessed on a computer or a mobile device. Once an appointment is scheduled through the 'Schedule a Session' link, video chat will be available.
